Had an excellent experience! Staff was attentive and kind. The facility was clean & designed to be relaxing & a comfortable atmosphere which I appreciated.

I have been a patient of Dr. Robert Goldklang for over 7 years and he has taken excellent care of me. At times you might have to wait a little bit longer to see him but with good reason. When it is your turn, he takes the time to really "listen and see you". He is up to date on the most modern remedies and treatments and I always know I am in good hands with him. I could not (and would not!) ask for a better doctor to treat me. He genuinely cares about his patients. A quiet man with a big heart! I will have to see a gastroenterologist for the rest of my life (I am a collectomy patient with UC) and I struck gold when my insurance company sent me to him! Just cannot say enough . . .

Can't really rate the doc because my colonscopy procedure was cancelled without notifying me. Although the staff member swore she left notification somewhere....I think it is terribly unprofessional not to personally speak with a patient when you consider the preparations that will be undertaken for such a procedure. My trust is not with this office or doc. I have rescheduled my procedure elsewhere.
