This is a great outlet store to find last years fashions. The store has everything marked at 65 percent off of the original price. Most items will eventually go on sale for an additional percentage off on top of that 65 percent discount. The customer service is not good and nothing like a traditional dillards. There is no customer service on the floor and you will need to take all items you want to try on with you into the fitting room area or a friend to help because they will not get anything for you. The clothes is so disorganized and you may find your size in any of the other size areas. The store seems to be a bit more organized during the week. If you do not mind searching, than it might be worth the cost savings.

You can say what you want about this place but remember that this is an inexpensive outlet store only, the prices more than make up for any perceived lack of customer service. Find your stuff, pay for it, and leave knowing you did good. All my work clothes and half my casual wear has come from there. Wish we didn't live two days away now.

This place has the best deals and the staff is awesome! Our family especially likes an associate named Karen, she goes above and beyond in customer service!

Bought a sweater for on 29th of Octoberand they left the alarm on, I live 40 min away and did not have a chance to go back until today to take the alarm off they were not willing to help neither the manager, they were accusing me of not buying it there even though i had the receipt with me and everything. Shame on them, very unsatisfied.
