They have a good selection of toys, but you can tell this chain is getting ready to go under. The stores look run down and old. The associates are either really helpful or really apathetic. I will say the associate experience is better than a big box store though. Between Walmart and Target's pricing, and Amazon's quick delivery, Toys R Us better do something quick or it won't be around in a year or two.

Very well organized. I don't really shop at toys "R" Us and I am not sure how this place operates but I believe they were understaffed. I had a question and there was not a single person to ask a question. I saw a lot of people who were looking for some particular toys and just walking up and down the isles. Right before the holidays i was expecting a little more help. I was looking for a particular toy and took me about 10 mins. I believe it could have been avoided.

One of the better stores out there for toys. Pretty crowded most of the time. The only drawback is they need more help on the floor. I Looked for 20 mins to find help with the bikes and motorized 4 wheelers but could not find any. I chalk it up to them just being one of the busiest stores. They have good hours and they keep track of transactions through email address.

I like that they've added a Claire's section. My child is now a teen and it's getting hard to find toys & items for her age group that she's interested in. Wish there was more to choose from (for example - themed items such as Stranger Things  paraphernalia: posters, t shirts, etc). Would be great if they had a Juniors clothing section.

I did a pick up order online. It said it would be available within a hour. 4 hours later I call because I still didn't receive an email to pick up. Customer service didn't have very good phone service. After being oon hold for 15 minutes I was told they couldn't find my order. By that time I made it to their parking lot. She asked if I could come in to show my email confirmation showing we paid for it, and what those items were. During that call I was told my another guy he was getting a manager.

 I go in, show them the email, he pulls it up, and they still can't find my order. He asked for a manager again. No one ever shows up. He's running back and forth between looking in the computer and to the back I'm assuming. Then he tells me the systems are backed up from black Friday shopping. He suggested contact customer service. As he was giving me the number another lady who works there comes up to him and ask him to come with her in the middle of us talking. Then said "ooh were you done with her"... fantastic customer service....NOT!!
