Took forever to get someone in jewelry to help me even though there were three employees flitting around and chatting about non-work related events. Then I was told to take my watch to a battery store which, when you read the warranty, clearly would null and void that warranty by doing so. When I brought that to her attention she acted like she couldn't care less and told me she tells all the customers to do that.

Dillard's continues to cut costs by reducing merchandise quality and customer service while maintaining antiquated return policies. They still have the best selection of name brand shoes in Wichita (no designers).

I agree with the comments of horrible costumer service in clothing. I’ve been waiting at the sales counter now for 10 minuets. Two associates Wondering around in the shoes department but doesn’t even acknowledge I’m here but have looked straight at me several times. Nor have asked call someone to my assistance. Horrible horrible horrible. !!!!!!!

Terrible customer service, the bitches working in the makeup and perfume area are very snotty and rude. They need to learn how to respect other people's kids!! They were very rude to my nieces and my daughter. Will not go back there again!!
