They never honor returns from their OWN store. Sephora JCPenneys. I used to work here and when I did I would honor all returns no matter how big or small the price point would be. As a leader of this store I find it sad they send customers to other location because they are too busy. Then the clients try to make returns with a JCPENNEYS Credit card/ Masters card.... where I work now we don’t offer that type of return. Customer service here has gone down hill hard. Sad your own associates ask for employment at other places.

The most horrible experience ever (salon) there is no such thing as team work here. Our stylist didn't know what she was doing.....at all.....she called her self a professional  "Mam, I am a professional. ...... I can fix this."  If you know what you can and cannot do you would be professional enough to SAY so. PLAYING  it off and blaming  the customers hair or a person not answering her phone for your inadequate work is NOT PROFESIONAL. Never walk in unless you were recommended to a specific stylist  ( FYI non of them know each other or the level of experience each other have ) No one cares for you here, I repeat NO ONE CARES. The manager should know her staff well enough to know who is good at what and who isn't good at all.

We drove an hour to shop at JcPennys. When we arrived it was 15 minutes before openung time. We stood outside the doors in the cold waiting for the doors to be unlocked. The cashiers were standing by the register looking at us. Finally, 7minutes past opening one of us went up and tried the door. It was unlocked! Their comment was "you guys saw us unlock the doors". Sorry but we did not. They had no cares of even waving us in or letting us know to come in!!!!!!! What kind of Customer service is Penneys displaying??!!!!#
