I highly recommend no one shop here. I was charged $185 TWICE for a formal dress. When I called back I was told to bring my receipt and they would refund the 1 charge as they were having network issues. When I came in today with everything I was told to bring plus my bank app on my phone showing the double charge, I was told it was not their problem and they would need more proof of the double charge. "All we show is the one charge so this is not our problem" is what in was told. I've never seen such a lack of customer service. And will not be back..after I get the second charge taken care of

Seamstress and sales lady professionalism are the best. They insured I got the right size in men's suits. Great sale prices and value on designer suits as well.

I was in 5 days before and purchased 5 items while I was in the store. The item in question I picked up in a rush because I didn't have time to try on seeing how I was on my lunch break. At no time during my transaction was I informed that one of my items was a clearance 65% off and those items only have a 3 day return policy. Just disappointed because I was told there was nothing that could be done outside of policy. Now understand the item still had all tags and stickers and all I wanted was to exchange for the correct size. But I was stone walled and recited the store policy once again. Finnal I was taken care of but only after having to ask for a manger that never showed and didn't respond to his pages. The employee needed no special approval or sign off. They were simply told by another employee to make the exception. Disappointing that the employee had the power to make the right decision for the customer but chose to try and make me keep something that was useless to me. I won't continue to do business with a store and employees that feel theses are smart decisions. Makes me long for the days of the Gafers department stores that showed true customer service.

Quality Clothing,  but the service in some departments are AWFUL, compared to the service in Malbis Mall, l live in Mobile but l'd rather go over to the Malbis Mall to shop, really friendly atmosphere!
