Went there to find some jeans but they didn't have my size we asked if someone could check in the back and they said they do not store any jeans in the back and that we could special order it if we wanted to. Not sure why they can't get a few of every size. They did have some pretty decent prices though too bad they didn't have my size

I have been to dillards about 5 times and couldnt get anyone to help me at the lancome makeup counter. I have stood there and been ignored and told they'll be right with me only left to be standing there. I still need makeup but cant seem to get any service in the lancome department. Maybe I'll go somewhere else.

There isn't much of a selection in the clothing department, and the employees aren't very welcoming or helpful.

We were treated very good by a young gentleman in Mac, great customer service. It was his first day, and very enthusiastic.

Still a very disorganized mess of a place. A couple of years ago I went in to find a cooking pot until some guy dressed in a suit came up to greet me and I realized it was security. Obviously, a middle aged Vice President like myself must look like a shoplifter and besides, it's so easy to slip a 10 qt pot under your jacket at 11:00 am in the morning. Typical of most Santa Fe businesses, this place is still a disorganized mess and the entire place is need of better management.
