Store was expensive even when the store was closing. They never had what I needed and hardly shopped there they closed July 30th 2017 i soon hope the chain will file chapter 7 and go bankrupt. I say good riddance and get out.

The worst customer service I have ever seen. Glad to see it go. I gave up on the store years ago. I go to Albuquerque instead, even though Santa Fe is closer to me. Sears used to be a great retailer now it is my last choice.

Store is closing up, so the going out of business sales are good values, but the pickings are getting slim...

Workers are nice and helpful but the phone service sucks. Automated system that takes forever to get through and usually have to wait for someone else to call you back.
