I had a great experience shopping for lingerie today at Dillards in Cordova Mall. (Pensacola,FL) I was in a hurry and looking for some pretty new lingerie. The sales associate, Neda Wynder, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She worked with me until I found several lovely pieces. She also made sure the bra fit properly and told me how to adjust it. She was friendly, warm, professional, quick, and helpful. I will definitely shop there again. Ladies...if you need a good bra...ask for Neda.

I've always been a big fan of Dillard's, but this store in Pensacola is absolutely terrible! Good selection of merchandise, but as others have mentioned, service is terrible and the store looks and smells filthy. You would think Dillard's would care, but apparently they don't. I've become fan of Belk!

I found that no one greeted me or asked if I needed any help, instead sales people chatted with each other. The store has terrible stains on the carpets, the walls need painting and the store smells bad -- very poor shopping atmosphere.

Sad place to shop. Lots of space lots of stuff employees congragate together and when you ask if they work there they make a joke and say no. haha then when you find someone else they ask what brand you want and if they dont sell in that area they blow you off. Nordstroms should be their example. Its only a matter of time. painfull to watch them die on the vine.
