James was extremely helpful in helping us find multiple suits for my groomsmen. James saw us waiting outside the store 15 minutes before they opened, let us in early and helped us with sizing and selection. He ended up helping us for about 3 hours on a busy day with many other customers. We all found great suits with a perfect fit and a great price. Thank you so much! 10/10 service, selection, and price.

My experience prior to purchase was very pleasant. I went in to buy a suit and the salesman helped me pick out a couple shirts and ties, but it all went downhill after that. It took 3 weeks for the suit to be tailored, fine. I had to call to confirm the job was done, and when I went to pick it up a free days later they had forgotten to sew a button on. I left it with them to be fixed and came back a week later to pick it up. This time they couldn't even find my suit, they lost it! After giving them an hour to look for it I told them I was going home and to let me know when they found it. 2 days later I get a random email from FedEx saying I had a package being delivered that needed a signature. As you might have guessed, it was my suit, but I had no idea until I picked it up because no one at Jos a Bank called to tell me they had found my suit. Overall, the service was not up to standards

Worst experience ever!!  My son is getting married on Saturday and this has been the WORST experience EVER!  His tux doesn't fit because he was not measured properly and now he doesn't have a tux. One of his groomsman also was measured wrong and we still have 3 more that haven't picked up theirs yet.  Also the father's tux were suppose to be a different shade of grey and they are NOT. Nobody ever called to tell anyone before now that the tux were in the store until I called today.  The customer service in the store is ridiculous and could care less if the groom tux gets here Saturday, the day of the WEDDING or not. So now on the wedding day he has to worry about going to pick up a tux and pray it fits.  What kind of company are you running here?  As much as this cost to rent a tux you would think someone could get it right and make sure some measurements and a color is put in a computer correctly!  Never again!
