I recently visited this restaurant and while the service was fast, I was disappointed that my request for half ice in my milk tea was not fulfilled. Despite this, the strawberry yogurt was delicious and satisfied my craving. I also enjoyed the Monster Boba with cream cheese which had a great taste. However, the Taro milk tea was just average. Overall, my experience was alright but the ice issue made me hesitant about returning in the future.
I like this place, the drinks are always consistently good, parking is easy to find in the evening, and it’s generally very clean. The staff are nice too. One thing I really found gross was that they allow animals inside. I love animals, don’t get me wrong. But there are tables outside for that. Someone legitimately brought their cat with them inside the store, and stayed there for at least 30ish minutes…it was gross lol.
Was trying a new boba spot and I’ll tell you that the menu was good. However, the ice was filled to the top and it was done in 4 sips. Probably not gonna go here again since it left a bad impression with the ice and the staff didn’t seem knowledgeable about the flavors when asked.
I’m here for the soft opening. My friends and I have been waiting for so long for Ding Tea to come to Eagle Rock. We have frequented Ding Tea in other locations and drove for it because it was worth the drive. Now our journey has shortened! This week they are soft opening with limited options but they will be fully operating by March 27, 2021. Their hours until the 27th are 11am-8pm and the after the 27th it will be 11am-9pm. The acoustics are not great so it’s really hard to hear through the masks and the sneeze guard and the blending and loud patrons. The employees can use a mask or maybe put some sound absorbing things up in the wall. This location always had that problem with other businesses and the added elements of covid doesn’t help.
Standard bubble tea place in an area that doesn't seem like it's over run with bubble tea shops. The hojika oolong milk tea was fragrant and the golden bubbles were nice and chewy. Staff was friendly and very patient while I took my time deciding what to order. Bubble tea was made really fast. There was not much of a cozy ambiance but the store was clean and spacious. You can probably find street parking here when you duck in and place your order.
Lack of service, unfriendly staff and no manager on the floor to complain to. It seems like their conversations between coworkers and their phones are more a priority. The drinks are inconsistent and when i asked if the drink could be made again i was told no.This business is ran by a bunch of immature children. Save your money and go to Tea n’ me or Boba time. only place that is welcoming and drinks are always on point!
I like this location because it's one of the few places in this neighborhood open late at night. I came here with my girlfriend and we got the Hokkaido oolong milk tea and the Kiwi Aloe Vera. I really enjoy fruity desserts so the Kiwi drink really hit the spot for me. The aloe vera topping is also a healthier alternative to boba, which is a plus. The Hokkaido drink was just average for me. It tasted more like a really sweet caramel milk tea, which was fine since I have a sweet tooth, but a small part of me felt mislead. There's plenty of street/metered parking around the block and they have two tables outside.
Terrible service! Unless you’re a friend of the person taking your drink or someone in the establishment they don’t acknowledge you much.Inconsistency in the drinks, I’ve driven away parking is terriblethinking the drink was made correctly just to be disappointed. I’ve returned and asked politely for a remake and it they come off rudely to do so. Won’t return, plenty of Tea spots around Eagle rock. I don’t think they have any sense of customer service or management because I’ve gone in late and you have to scream your order over the loud sound of there music blasting. Never again. Parking: No parking, just street parking in a congested
I absolutely love the Bobas at this small spot. The bobas are out of this world!!! The tapioca pearls are very soft, their jellies are great as well and all the drinks just taste soo good. I haven't had a drink here that I didn't like! So very good. I order from them at least once a week. I'm probably going to go there again this weekend!!! Unfortunately the parking is limited to paid street parking. So be prepared to search for parking. It'll still be well worth the slight irritation of trying to find parking!!!!
It's a small and clean place. Pretty popular in my area at least. There could be a line sometimes but they have fast service.Food: 5/5
