After another florist in Lancaster had messed up a surprise order a week ago for my wife while we were vacationing they told me they would have a local florist deliver the flowers and they would cover the cost. Dingmans delivered a beautiful bouquet of flowers that look exactly like the picture and I am very impressed. Thank you for taking a poor experience and making it truly exceptional.

I went to the store with something very specific in mind for a party that my sister was having, but that I could not attend.  They were just what I wanted and beautiful.  My sister loved them and sent me a picture.  The women there could not have been more accommodating and really listened to my preferences.  Highly recommend them.

I ordered these flowers online through Avas Flowers online, for finding local deliveries. First DO NOT USE AVAS, I found out afterward they have 1700 complaints w a 1.4 out of 5 stars. As to Dingmans Florist, they delivered them at 3:30 when I requested them at 11am. They stated Avas should have not given me any time frame. I ordered a dozen asst. roses in a pitcher. The flowers look old, and while admiring them w my wife, 3 pedals fell of one of the roses. I called them to express my dismay. The owner stated that these roses arrived just yesterday. Maybe from someones grave site, certainly not fresh. The owner did express a desire to correct the problem, but if these are just arrived fresh roses, I really do not want anything else from these folks. I will use FTD next time, shame on me for not thinking of them first.
