Had a floral emergency. We urgently needed some greens for a friend of my wife who was getting married in two hours. Her bouquet from another florist was not exactly what she  expected. My wife called the shop as I sped down i-80. Greens were exactly what was ordered and were ready when I got there. Great service. Bride is happy.

Well today I picked up a bouquet for a test run for my upcoming wedding. The bouquet that they did was very unappealing to me. It wasn't what I envisioned for my wedding and when I explained it to the work she told me "I would have to pay for them to pull it apart and put it back together". They lost a customer and business for my wedding because at the end of the day I rather work with someone that cares if I'm happy with the product they supply! Very disappointed and that's why going to a Mom and pop store doesn't always pay.
