Do not waste your time here. I called on a monday to make an appointment. The receptionist took my name and phone number stating a RN is not in right now we will call you back. I called two days later she keeps saying the same thing. Never heard from them. I called again on friday the receptionist said the RN is in a meeting. DO NOT GO HERE. I knew I was better off going somewhere else by their unprofessionalism.

The Dinuba Medical Center is a place where the doctors refuse to uphold the Hippocratic oath. The entire staff is rude, unprofessional as well as disingenuous. They are very much behind in the times and use antiquated theories to treat patients. I had a broken arm when I first went to them, all they did was give me a bunch of Vicodin. They didn't even put it in a cast or recommend me to anyone who would put it in a cast. They just said take the pills and try not to use your arm. That was a year ago, and because of the doctors negligent advice my arm never healed properly. Basically they are pill pushers who don't really know what they are doing when it comes to the medical field. It might also be of concern that they are racist. I have heard the staff say many racist comments thinking no one was listening. All in all I would definitely advise people who really needed medical help to find another location. The Dinuba Medical Center is just a joke, and the people who work there are just pill pushers trying to take your money. They have no respect for you or your problems. My first clue that the Dinuba Medical Center was a bad choice was when I met the head nurse, Karen. She reeked of alcohol and I could tell she was more then likely on some kind of recreational drug. She had slurred speech, was very pale, and clammy. I'm not a doctor but I've seen drug attics before, and nurse Karen definitely had all the symptoms of a addict. The owner of the Dinuba Medical Center, John Moore is no better. In fact I think he may be the worst person who works there. John Moore is a pretentious ignorant man who knows even less then his doped up racist staff on the topic of medicine. Not a single person at the clinic is interested in anyone's wellbeing but their own. If you truly need medical attention, my advice would be to do everything you can to avoid that place. I had to learn the hard way just how bad that place was, I just hope this review saves someone else the torment I've endured while being a patient at the Dinuba Medical Center.
