Agent had no disclosure on their privacy policy. All the very personal information required for car insurance enrollment knowing what the company's privacy policy is very important. Yet, the agent was clueless and could offer me no comfort that my personal information would not be shared and would remain private. The agent asked for my cell phone # and I asked again about privacy and wether or not my cell # would be shared or if I'd get solicitation calls and the agent played dumb and didn't know what solicitation meant. The agent then asked for my mother's information and I asked why she needed my mother's info and she simply said cause she needed it. I asked again why and got the sane answer. I then said I was not comfortable with this process and I left. During the time spent in this office it was clear that the agent was either poorly qualified and not educated or was just uncooperative or played dumb or possibly fishing for other reasons. Either way, this visit was a complete waste of time and I'm very disappointed and Very nervous that the information I did give her will be used for identification theft or other privacy breaches. :(
