I've been with Rick and his staff for over 20 years.  They're very professional and kind.  I'm planning to stay another 20 if possible.

Main owner was really rude, when I had questions about my new policy what I started last week. He hang up on me by saying "I'm running a business here not information center" ??!! There is no corporate main number to ask questions, so who else is answering questions if NOT my local agent?? If I'm not ready to PAY then I'm not a client?? Good luck running your business that way.
