They got my car in and out in a shorter amour of time than originally quoted.  Brian Caswell was VERY patient with me.  He was polite and friendly.  When quoted the price for a thermostat and the labor i could of cried.  My husband is retired and i am on disability and we are unable to work even part time.  When i saw the final bill (it was still a little high) but they had worked some kind of discount.  I hugged Brian.  Thank you so much.  I truly believe in Chrysler products and hopefully nothing else will not wear out but if it does I will return!  Thank you!

Jared at Direct Chrysler Dodge is a great salesman, he worked with us to fit our needs. And we are not the easiest customers to satisfy.  Finance team is more than willing to work with their customers. We drove from Southern WV to trade. I would recommend this dealership to everyone! I can say we have left as very satisfied customers.

Nov. 10, 2017, 600 miles from home and 600 miles from my destination the check engine light came on in my 2015 Jeep (26k miles).
I took it into Direct Dodge first thing that morning (8:00am) to be first in line for service. Around 11am the service manager told me I needed left side cylinder head work, all covered by vehicle warranty.
I returned to my hotel, got a room and waited for a call. At 5pm I called the service dept and was told they close at 5 and won't open till Monday morning. So I was stranded at a hotel with no public or private transportation, no shuttle, no loaner, nothing. No rentals were available that weekend either. Monday morning I secured a rental from Blue Ridge Nissan - very nice people and dealership. I returned to Direct Dodge only to be told it would take at least a week or longer for repairs.
I continued on to my destination with the intention of returning when repairs were complete. During the next three weeks I waited for an update or status call about my Jeep, no effort was ever made by Direct Dodge and I'm paying for a rental.
When I called Direct and spoke with the service dept I was informed that there was a national parts shortage and the parts were on back order. (Now, Fiat/Chrysler has known about this particular problem since 2012 and did originally have a part supply bottleneck that was taken care of in 2013. Also there are 3 engine assembly plants (2 in the US and 1 in Mexico) that produce over a MILLION of these engines per year because it is used in several vehicle models.)
I accepted the excuse as truth only to call Direct Dodge a week later and spoke with someone else who claimed the part had indeed arrived and the service work would be complete within a week.
I called again after another week of accumulating rental car charges and spoke with the service manager who claimed I was misinformed and the part had not arrived and the repairs may not get done until mid to late Dec.
In the mean time I spoke with a Dodge dealership in Rochester NY and my dealership in St Augustine FL and both service departments claimed there are parts available and that the job its self takes 6 1/2 hours.
On Friday, Dec. 22 (Christmas weekend), I called Direct Dodge for a status update and the Jeep was done and ready for pickup. That was good news but I wasn't about to drive 600 miles there (one days worth of driving) and 600 miles back on Christmas weekend.
Post Christmas before New Year's weekend I did retrieve my Jeep and got stuck with a $3000 (yes that is not a typo) rental bill.
I contacted Fiat/Chrysler, Jeep customer service (who claim customer satisfaction is their number one priority) for hotel and rental car expense restitution. The hotel expenses are covered but they will only pay $1000 for the rental. So I'm stuck with a $2000 expense. (Add that to the original cost of the Jeep!)
When I asked F/C about the difference and accountability they told me to contact the dealer.
Today, Feb. 7, 2018 I tried to turn on the A/C for the first time since Direct Dodge service - guess what doesn't work!

Deserves no stars! I waited 2 weeks for an appointment for Direct Dodge to keep my Jeep over a week without even replacing a simple water pump under warranty. We were told they would know immediately what was wrong.  After calling to check on my vehicle we were told every day that someone would call us back. That never happened, we would call back the next day and would get the same response. 7 days later my husband went to check on my vehicle in person and it was sitting outside where he left it, the Jeep hadn't even been touched! He brought it home that day and put the water pump on himself! Busy is one thing, but the lies and lack of communication are unacceptable!
