I've worked with Hedrick's Auto Repair for several years now as I have a temperamental Volkswagen. They weren't afraid to work on it as some folks have been and always do what they say they're going to do. I find them to be efficient and timely and continue to patronize them.

I have always gotten solid work from these folks, they are very busy, but I use them exclusively for all my service needs.

I had to take my car back twice after they replaced belts and they didn't own up to bending my alternator which caused my belts to be chewed through twice while I was driving down the road with my kids in the car and my car lost power due to this and we almost wrecked. When I called them the first time they made me have my car towed to them and no they didn't reimberse me for it and never even apologized for it. I was out of 700.00 and 75.00 for the tow. I now go to Nutn Fancy Auto for my repairs and I have never been happier and not one problem. David Spencer is an awesome mechanic who fixed everything that Hedricks broke on my car and charged me only a fraction of what they swindled out of me. They are common crooks and should be shut down. I am taking my car as we speak to David at Nutn Fancy for my brake replacement and I'm sure he won't charge even half of what these idiots charge. I hope they read this too.
