Came to the lot to check out a truck. With in 5mins of being there talking to the guy that works there, he said how much money Do you have on you. I said I'm waiting on my income tax. He said come back when You have money on you because everything right now is a waste of his time. So I left and I really did have money on me but because of the bad customer service. I'll never go there again. Also he never gave me a business card or anything 👎..... I hate bad customer service.

Worse place ever. Do not buy a car from these people. Liars. Thefts. Crooks. Scum. No morals. I wished I would have never set foot on their property.

Mike is a scumbag and a bald faced liar. I found 7 arrests on him in 3 years. He also was running an illegal title loan operation the company got major fraud charges. An employee unlicensed drove a car off the lot hit and killed a kid on a bike. Direct Drive did nothing about it claiming the kid walked across the street after light turned, but if the unlicensed direct auto dealer was not on the road as deemed by law the kid would be alive. Mike can�t own the business due to Felony arrests.. ALL OF THIS INFO is factual and public information. Mike is a thief. He stole parts from a vehicle I paid to store on the back lot, admitted taking it, then refused to return it or pay it back. Mike also faces charges with the states attorneys� office for burglary. He also lies on the car prices. Tells me he can sell me a car on the lot for a certain amount, he�s not making any money, it�s a good car (oils black, thick, doors don�t open) I then see it on Craigslist for 400.00 less than he was going to wholesale it. I later brought a car to sell on the lot as he would help me. He told me all the sneaky ways they rig up cars to get them off the lot. I chose to leave. Mike is an apparent undereducated bottom feeder living at his Moms house. He also likes to use loud fowl language in front of my small kids. He and the car lot is one to stay away from there are too many others to pick from. Lastly Mike also got in trouble for repossessing cars with out a license. there BBB rating is an F. By melan June 25, 2013 at 05:27 PM J. Hughes Liars, Crooks, Scumbags! 1.0 Stay away from Direct Drive Auto Sales in Pinellas Park. They lied to my son & myself from the beginning. They said the truck we were buying was used by them all the time for towing & running around town. I begged them to be honest with us, as we had been through 2 cars that were purchased from liars in the past month. MIKE--biggest scumbag of all--assured us it wouldn't give us any trouble. By the time we drove from the lot to Valrico, the brakes locked up the wheels because they were overheating--totally worn to nothing. Within 1 day a knocking started in the engine. I called Mike & he said add Lucas Oil treatment. He said it never happened before. Within 3 days the engine threw a rod--ruined. We had already put $1000 in brakes & $450 in tires. They all use cell phones only & accept cash only. All autos are "as is". Mike said there was nothing he could do & hung up on me. Please tell everyone you know to stay away from these crooks.
