Chip was awesome even when I thought I may have had some issues financing he walked me through and encouraged me.  Actually he made sure I had the best interest rate possible considering past history.  Chip never ignored my calls even on the holiday which was July 4.  I was financed for the truck I wanted at the best interest I have ever had in my 20 years of purchasing vehicles.  Thank u so much Mr Chip. We had a bit of trouble getting our loan and even once we had it we ran into many issues with the bank. Chip managed to help us through this process and actually ended up getting us a loan with a different bank and at a much lower rate. His service and attempts at helping resolve the situation were much appreciated. Would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for well maintained cars and good service.

We stubbled upon Private All-star when we were looking for a GL450. We can't express how happy we are that we did! Service and quality of their vehicles is amazing. Top notch facility and tremendous customer service. We are definitely going to look here first for all future purchases. Thank you all at Private Allstar Cars and stay in business for the next 50 years please! :)

Bought a H3 for my dad, Chip was quick to answer any questions and gave me the best possible price. After a month of sale the H3 had transmission issues and even though bought with no warranty, Chip split the bill with me 50/50 which he didn't have to. That goes a long way in my book. I'd def recommend and buy again from him.

I feel bad because not long after I purchased a pristine 2009 Cadillac DTS with 140,000 miles on it from Private Allstar Cars, it started smoking and a few idiot mechanics said it was a heater core! When I was contacted by them regarding some last minute registration details, I informed them that I felt like I ended up with a piece of crap. Well, turns out it was only a power steering line leak and it was only $200 to fix. Since that time, and excluding a small rattle inside the front passenger door, the car has been a dream. For a DTS with that many miles to be completely free of leaks and drive as good or better than $50,000 cars is an awesome experience; especially given that they agreed to the price over the phone, which was virtually a wholesale price, kept every promise and had the vehicle detailed and ready for me as I took the train down to Tampa and then Ubered over to the facility and picked it up. I'm very happy. I hope you guys at the store see this.
