Assisted with the purchase of a car with my daughter in September of 2017.  I was dealing with Neil, and from the beginning, he was honest about the purchase of the car.  He had knowledge of the car, from the damage on the door, to how to utilize the econ mode..etc.  For the information that he couldn't provide any knowledge of, he immediately found the answers and provided what he could.  This is the MOST heartfelt and Honest Car dealership I have ever dealt with.  As to the follow up, it took some time for paperwork status due to this being an Out of State, so because of that, I had to call for the status this month (October 2017) I dealt with both Justin & Neil, who was both the MOST accommodating and Honest salesmen I have grown to appreciate!!!  They could have lied about the paperwork and status, but they didn't, they gave me a clear and concise update that was very satisfying and honest.   THANK YOU NEIL AND JUSTIN!!!  If I lived closer, you would get my future car purchasing sales!

Big thanks to Neal and the crew.  Really friendly staff that makes you feel pretty at home.  Neal worked with me and my college kid credit score, payments and all.  Got me in a vehicle that's better than any I test drove that entire week!  Great price, great atmosphere and a great lot of vehicles.  Very professional.

I went here to trade my car a(2010 mitsubishi lancer)in great working condition for a 2011 police impala when i first test drove the car the ac didnt  work and they said they would fix it and it wobbled so they said i could take it to hibdons and get my tires balanced and they would pay me back and i was worried about paying for the tag since i had a brand new one on the lancer and he looked it up and said yeah when you get the title for the impala it says its about $160 and ill write ya a check so i thought wow this sounds awesome so later on down the road we did the deal and the ac didnt work.... I ended up taking it in 3 times and its still intermittent to this day.  I also owed money on the lancer still and told them how much it was and just added that to my impala payment and made payments on time for it and then about 2 weeks later i got a call from my bank saying i was late on my lancer payment and I called Neil and they screened my calls like litterally didnt answer the phone when i called so i called like 3 more times and then had a friend call and "wow they picked up!" So i drove up there and Neil said he wouldnt pay that or my tag and title fees until i gave him my title for the lancer. Well i gave him the title and then he said it was more money then i told him on the payoff and took that money from my $240 from my tag and title and tire balancing giving me like a whopping $60  even though the tag and title costed me close to $400 when he told me it would be $160 so i thought that was pretty bs... so in short if you're going to buy a car id advise going somewhere else or not buying the car til everything is fixed or it probably wont get fixed.
