Just bought my 5th vehicle from this dealership. I've bought both new and used vehicles there. They are wonderful to do business with. The Used Car Manager helped me find the perfect vehicle I was looking for, and my salesman was awesome! Financing was swift and painless - I was out of there in no time. This is the best dealership to do business with !!! I will definitely shop here again when I'm ready to buy another vehicle. And their service department is wonderful to do business with !!!

First of all, hands down, this is the best car buying process I've ever encountered. I needed a car, fast, and found one I wanted in their used inventory online... the buying experience was up front, respectful, and quick. I worked with TJ in sales and he was no pressure, courteous, and great to work with in the entire process. The finance manager, Brandon, was also no pressure, straightforward, clear and upfront throughout the process. I plan to take my car here for service and I would definitely recommend this place even for new or first time buyers. These guys will treat you with respect no matter what your financial situation. I'll definitely be buying from them in the future.

World class experience! I bought a new Honda Pilot and couldn't be any happier with the level of service received at Eskridge Honda. To be honest, I was completely blown away. If you choose to purchase a car from this dealership, be patient. They will get the numbers to a reasonable amount, and then when you get to the Finance department, they make it a point to BEAT those numbers! Cory, the Finance guy, was able to get my monthly payment including gap insurance and an extended warranty for LOWER than the initial agreed upon numbers. My salesman, Jim, was also outstanding. Highly recommend this dealership!

I had to take my car to service for an oil change. It was during the beginning of the week so it was TOO busy, however, when I arrived..no one in service greeting me. They almost looked like zombies standing/walking around. I stood there for about a couple minutes until one of the guys (excuse me for forgetting his name, I want to say Jeremy) greeted me. Really NICE guy! I appreciate his help a lot! My car was there for about an hour - so it wasn't too bad for the service. However, when I went to check out at the cashier's desk, the lady named LISA was EXTREMELY RUDE! At first, she wasn't. But then when I told her I was tax exempt, she was like "okay, let me see your card" so I showed her my ID and exemption card and then there was a huge fiasco there. Due to confidentiality, I cannot dispute more than that in details. Though, she had called her manager and her manager kept giving her an excuse like "she's just having a bad day"...like really?! If she's having a bad day, don't have her working a cashier's desk where she has to deal with customers and condone customer service. Obviously, when something or someone sets her off, it's just going to end badly and make her have an "even worse bad day". She should've stayed at home or if she was coming to work - leave personal problems at the door. Don't have someone working the desk being in a "bad mood" kind of day and make them an excuse of poor social skills. That's bad management. I used to work in customer service for many many years and sure I had bad days, but none of my managers had to make excuses for me of "having a bad day". I obviously will not be taking my business back to Eskridge Honda for my services. The company can thank Lisa for that.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience and service from Eskridge Honda with our recent purchase. Heath and the rest of the team run an A+ operation, and I have only good things to say about our car buying experience. My wife and I had an unusual circumstance being from out of state, purchasing a vehicle online, and trading in one of our cars. Heath and his team were very responsive throughout the entire process in all our back-and-forth collaboration, and they made the entire transaction hassle-free. In fact, we passed up purchasing the same vehicle from an in-state dealer (20 min away from where we live) at the same price expressly due to the professionalism and salesmanship we experienced at Eskridge. I couldn't recommend them highly enough, and we'll certainly keep them at the top of our list for our next vehicle purchase.
