We are currently building a home and decided to get a Directbuy membership. We are extremely happy with the service we received to date from the whole staff, especially Tanya and Adam. We've been in for appointments with Tanya almost every weekend and some weekdays for about 3 months and exchanging emails with her on a regular basis. She has helped us with choosing almost all our finishes, is very knowledgeable about many of Direct Buy's product lines, and when she is not sure, she always looks into things and follows up promptly. She truly is the epitome of amazing customer service and we highly recommend consulting her. During our meetings, Adam has kindly and patiently had conversations with our seven year old daughter who has come to love direct buy because of him. She beelines straight to his desk when we arrive at the Centre. He has also helped out whenever Tanya had to attend other members when we didn't have an appointment and has also shown to be very knowledgable. They are both assets to the team. We look forward to continuing our consultations with Tanya and interacting with the rest of the DB Ottawa Team.

Fast service from Tanya Willson from Direct Buy Ottawa. We live an hour away, and everything was completed via e-mail making our window ordering done so much easier.
