Very successful shopping experience.  Our sales person Greg showed care and concern regarding our decisions regarding fabric and extra features for our furniture.  He was very accommodating and had a natural warmth and friendliness to his manner that made the whole experience positive.  Will recommend and come back!!

I was looking for a sofa that was a little higher than average and Clifton showed me one that was perfect right off the bat! To top it all off, the sofa was on sale! Yay! 
Customer service people were attentive, knowledgeable and friendly. The purchase process was quick and the woman at the payment desk was exceptionally courteous.
I would recommend this store and the Lazy Boy products to anyone.

Amazing staff!!
They actually spent 4 hours, to help us what really met our criteria and needs.
They pulled up the fabric from our previous purchase, used our floor plans, looked at pictures of my rugs and much more, to provide the best options.
Déa Attar and Marianne Kola helped us put together the furniture we need.
I actually have a print of out floor plans with our furniture added to the plan, to have an idea of what our home will look like with the furniture.

Cliff was very friendly and not pushy.  He gave me a fantastic deal and understood what I was looking for.   I would definitely buy from lazeboy again.

Cliff offered his assistance but did not follow us around as we were looking for a recliner . This was appreciated. He was available to assist us when we were ready to buy. We will definitely shop there in the future.
