Direct Line does not handle their application for employment process very well. Not only do they hand you a paper, smile at you and make you feel like the job is yours and that you have a vast chance in gaining that job. They get your hopes up, take up your time, and create emotions that could have been spent elsewhere, spent on something worthwhile. They discriminate in their own way, I saw it with my own eyes. If you dress nice, sound like a professional voice actor and is able to read and memorize scripts like a movie actor. Then this is the job for you. If neither of that sounds like you, do not waste your time. Their techniques to get clients to donate to them are unorthodox and slightly moral denting.
