Dirus Insurance is staffed by the kindest, most sincere people in the industry. I can't imagine that I would have gone to another agency. Definitely recommended!

Russ isn't a horrible person/AGENT per se. But frankly just wants to collect his commission checks with ZERO desire/ supporting his customer base once they've signed up (with whomever is dangling commish $ at time). Totally worthless on follow-up as an AGENT. Beware his tactics.

Russ is by far the sweetest gentleman I've ever met. He's extremely helpful and funny. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
