Filed for disability in early Jan '17 through Kiel. Called him every month beginning May '17 to get status on case. I also mentioned along the way that there was nothing online at SSA that indicated anything was applied for. He said it was pending. Finally in August '17 I went to SSA ofc to find they had no record of Disability application under my SSA#. He blames SSA. I know SSA is not very communicative but I wasted 7 months to find out I was back at square 1. Isn't prevention of this type of issue what you hire an attorney for? Then he wouldn't even adjust his fee. It seems at least this attorney sits back & waits until SSA says something or just waits for the 25% backpay to come his way. Had to fire him.

Keil was very helpful with my case. Mercedes and Keil were very sympathetic to my situation and I felt like they truly cared. 
 Because of my health issues it was worth putting my case in his hands to relieve stress. It was succesful and a huge weight on my husband and I.  I am very greatful!
