The time came in my life when I needed a Personal Injury lawyer to recover the damages my wife and I suffered following a major car accident. I hired Marc Lamber to represent us. I was in an auto accident and going nowhere with the big guns in the insurance industry.  They were bigger and trickier than me.  I did not have a clue about the necessary negotiations to settle with them.  I definitely needed legal assistance and expertise beyond my experiences.  That's when I turned to Marc for help.  He was amazing, honest, straightforward, effective, and supportive.  His in-depth knowledge of the insurance business and how they operate was so valuable to me. 
Not for a minute did I have to second guess his maneuvering.  He knew exactly what he had to do and went to work.  I am so grateful for his assistance.  Along with him came his efficient, communicative, competent, and caring assistant, Jenny.  She was quick to the point, gracious, so helpful.  She excels in customer service!
From a situation where I was totally inept and pretty much hopeless, I found the best solution in Marc and Jenny.  Thank you, thank you.

Marc Lamber and his team have been utterly fantastic in helping me and my husband navigate the difficult waters of insurance negotiations.  I was the victim in a hit-and-run accident.  I was a pedestrian in a crosswalk, and I was struck by a car making an illegal turn at what witnesses estimated to be between 40 and 50 mph.  I suffered a severe concussion, a brain hemorrhage, a laceration to the forehead requiring seven stitches, a fractured pelvis, a fractured ankle, and a tibia and fibula that were so shattered the doctors initially thought they were going to have to amputate. Thankfully,  a witness actually followed the vehicle and got pictures of both the license plate and the driver, so police were able track the driver down within only a few hours.  But trouble began when the driver, who is a type 1 diabetic with an insulin pump, claimed that he had been suffering from low blood sugar and had no memory of the event.  The driver's insurance then refused to pay out the claim, saying that this was a "no fault" accident caused by a "sudden medical event".  I seriously doubt that my husband and I could have gotten the insurance to reverse their decision without legal assistance.  And I could not be happier with the assistance Marc Lamber and his team have provided.  They have been, from day one, exceptionally open and communicative about what all my options were and what the potential or likely outcomes would be in various situations.  They always kept me up to date and in the loop. 
 Whenever I called or emailed (or texted!), they would respond within hours if not minutes.  And they are just genuinely good people who I genuinely believe do what they do because they genuinely want to help people.  I initially called their offices after reading great review after great review, and I'm so glad I did.  It is my honor to now be able to add my own glowing recommendation to the list.

My experience with the Lamber Goodnow team  exceeded my expectations. Very Professional and efficient Services which led to a successful settlement. I tip my hat off! You guys&gals are amazing.

I can't say enough about the team. They truly work together to give you the best possible outcome.  They constantly updated me on the situation and even checked in just to see how I was doing. I was treated with such class and respect, yet they worked fast and incredibly hard to get me more than I could have imagined. I am not originally from the area so It was really nice having a friendly voice give a call to check in. I HIGHLY recommend for anyone looking for quality, friendly service!
