I'm not really sure how to rate a liquor store aside from talking about their selection. This is a busy place, always. People are always stocking and restocking shelves, customers are always on the move, the sample folks are in the isles trying to temp you with their latest concoctions. Busy. The selection can almost be overwhelming. Beers, wines, liquors, meads...you name it, they probably have it, or something close. The staff is pretty knowledgeable as well. It's been easy to have a conversation with them about the type of thing I'm looking for and get a good suggestion pretty quickly. Oh, the pricing here also seems to be a bit better than the competition.

Nicest people work there. Purchased wrong liquor and figured it would be a big deal. Nope. They happily exchanged it and refunded the crazy amount i accidentally overspent. It was crazy Christmas time and yet the sales people were patient and kind.

Discount Liquor has a huge selection of beer, wine, and spirits. The beer selection alone is worth a trip. The prices are very good and the labels are extremely informative. The employees were also super helpful and nice.

Good selection of beer and whiskeys. I stopped by to get spotted cow since you can't find it in Chicago but they had a huge selection of beers. The staff us also very friendly and helpful.
