Just an awesome experience at this location the last couple months. My grandmother just got her tires, I got my girls tires here too after the great first experience. What made this place even better was my girl had a problem with her envoy over the weekend and these guy worked what they could to get this car running for her and the kids.  Beyond 5stars Gabe and his team Are phenomenal!!!!

Every time I come in Gabriel, Daniel and Danny are always super helpful. Had to utilize my road hazard warranty last week because I ran over a rock on the freeway and tore up one of my tires, plus I had a slow leak in another one. They were so helpful - getting my alignment checked after the impact, taking care of changing out my tire onto the new rim and patching my other tire. Nothing but great quality service. 
I noticed on my way home my TPMS light came on indicating I had low pressure in the tire they replaced when looking at the tire it definitely has more than 10 PSI, I’ll be heading up when they open to see what happened with that - if the service is anything but stellar I’ll update my review, I doubt I’ll have to do that though.

Went in to the Wildomar location to have the tires rotated and the balance checked.  Was in and out in about 45 minutes.  I have bought two sets of tires here plus a few oil changes and a battery.  I feel that I have received good service and good value.  I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Honesty seems to be challenging for the manager. They will make an effort to scam you by selling you 'nitrogen' filled tires. Air is already 78% nitrogen anyway. (They added about $50 to my bill for nitrogen filled tires!) They will add this to your bill without even telling you. Prior to getting any work done, ask to see a breakdown of all fees including installation and misc fees.  Then have them remove the fees for items you don't want. The shop is poorly managed and understaffed. Before you drive off, make sure they give you the paperwork for your warranty else they will not include it. Very disappointed by this shop all around.

Brought my daughters new(used) car and I asked for an alignment. The knowledgeable team confirmed an alignment was necessary however tires additionally only 3 they weren't trying to hustle us to purchase 4. Their honesty was appreciated. The work time estimation was right on. Prices were comparable and decent to other big name tire stores. My daughters car is safer, and well we can't price on that. We will definitely be back!😁
