Horrible customer service, asked for additional plan options since my contact is up and all he could tell me "all we have is unlimited plans", increasing my monthly cost. I called Sprit when I got home and they were able to provide additional info.

Came in for an upgrade and received so much more.  Great staff that went above and beyond in customer service.

It's hard to rate a whole store based on employees that come and go.... but with that said, as a whole, all of the employees work ethics should be similar and managed the same. Since it's not, I gave this store 4 stars. I've been going to this store for 3 years and have always had good service and mainly dealt with the same employee helping me. I was in 5 days ago and the employee talked down to me and was slightly rude. I went in there with an easy problem and they basically told me I was out of luck instead of trying to help with solutions..

Hit and miss customer service. One time they will be really helpful and another time they will look at you like you're bothering them.
