I had an appointment for 10am and arrived a little early since I figured I had to wait. Soon as I came in I was greeted by Karl, who I spoke to the day before; the minute I told him my appointment time he remembered who I was. I also changed my mind about what I wanted because I couldn’t afford everything at one time. He found a better option which I greatly appreciate than what I wanted from browsing their website. I was able to replace all 4 tires and wheels, I highly recommend them!

I had a small issue and was very concerned. I stopped by Discount Tire at lunch. The super friendly staff looked at my car, fixed my issue and got me safely back on the road within 15 minutes. Always pleased with the service at this location.

I have traditionally always bought tires from Discount Tire. I chose this location over the Algonquin location because one of the staff members was a little rude to me. The Carpentersville location was very helpful and found me options in my budget. I took my car in for the first rotation on my new tires and they had it in and out in 20 minutes (I did have an appointment so that probably helps). I've never had tires from a different chain, so it's hard to compare, but I've never had an issue with anything I've owned from Discount Tire.

I rammed my car into a curb the night before coming here. My hubcap fell off and I had a huge dent in my rim. I was expecting a huge repair bill and a day or two without my car...

I drove here the next day, in a snow storm and frigid temps. They were crazy busy when I got in, and told me it'd be an hour and a half wait, which was completely understandable. 

An hour and a half later, they had my rim straightened out and my car ready to go, FREE OF CHARGE.

You guys are absolute angels and I don't know how to properly thank or repay you for your kindness. Thank you so much for all you do.

No run around at this place. I've been going there for the last few years. Honest and don't  try to sell you anything you don't need. Warrantied a tire for me last week. No questions NO run around.
