What an amazing crew! I have to give a huge kudos to JUSTIN! I can't thank him enough for being such a huge help with my situation. I came in at closing time, literally the store was closed systems shut down and all, however he sensed my franticness and did not even hesitate to turn everything back on and assist me with a smile and a very friendly nature. I never sensed that he felt put out or frustrated with me, he was very professional and I felt as though he treated me like family. They did not have my tire in stock that day so again Justin took it to the next level. He took the time to check my spare as well as my other tires to ensure my safety on the road, ordered my tires to be available the next day and all after normal business hours! I explained that my drive from work is very far, Justin then offered to stay late the next day to be available to put my new tires on! I left today feeling as though I was completely taken care of with an elite company! This has earned my business for me and my entire household, I will never buy tires anywhere else. This entire store was amazing and I can't thank them enough. I know there were other employees assisting Justin however he stood out to me as a leader and a great employee, Discount Tire has one outstanding employee in this young man. He was very humble in giving credit to his manager for always pushing him to do better and move up which has made a big impact on him. This company is doing something right!

Manager is incompetent to fix issues at hand , FRANK GOLDEN , you weren’t being very Golden today with your foul mouth, when I’m having problems with my tires. And instead of helping me out , you boldly say in front of everyone the following.... well am I the one driving your car ! obviously no your not. But you’re the manager put in charge to take care of matters . Not voice your opinions which have nothing to do with your job. Been going to them for years as well as family members. But now we refuse to give our hard earned money to a reputable business that “ chooses “ to hire a rude manager . I have never had a problem before but with me it only takes one time .

This store.. much better. Ordered tires, verified they would have them by appointment time, made appointment. Next day they called early because the tires had arrived and moved up the appointment. I went in and paid and within 30-40 min. they were done, maybe less. 3 guys worked the vehicle. 1 took the tires off and mounted the new ones, one balanced them, and one put them back on. Thats how you do it. The bays were full and yet folks who needed air or tire checks came and went without much delay. Again, that is how it should be done. Thank you.

I actually reside in North Carolina, but I had an excellent experience with this location in La Porte, Texas. With assistance from "Mannie" at this Texas location, I was able to get exactly what I was looking for. Mannie went above and beyond what I would have expected and I appreciate him so much! I am so thankful for all of his hard work and diligence in customer satisfaction!!!
