Plenty of floor staff to steer you in the right direction with a smile on their face. Good regular prices and great sale prices. There always seems to be something new. Include the deli and bakery food fresh and frozen. Back to school supplies, Automotives, Electronics, an everyday household items.

I love this walmart, and I like all the new changes for self check out, no long lines anymore! The reason I give two stars is because of the pet section. Though most people don’t think of fish being as important as cats or dogs, I think all animals should be treated with proper care, and this place does NOT care about their fish. Some of their fish tanks have had their lights out for 6 months, WITH FISH INSIDE!! There are Angel fish and mollies and plecos inside the tanks from what I’ve seen, and these fish have been in the complete dark for MONTHS, I'm not exaggerating. I go to this section often to pick up things for my fish, and always check to see if they fixed their lights. My most recent trip was yesterday and the lights were still out! That’s so cruel to treat animals that way, not only is each tank overcrowded but no light either? That’s just horrible. This walmart should not carry fish if they cannot take proper care of them, I’m honestly disgusted because the walmart in Pasadena takes great care of their tanks, so there’s really no excuse for this nastiness.

My Senior apt complex goes here every Thursday. This location doesn't stock some items the Fairmont location does & not as busy. Woodforest Bank @ both locations & the bank here usually not as busy either. Usually a long line @ Fairmont branch. Don't know if this in future for all WMs, but this week store had 02 self checks (now called Scan And Go) with a belt like @ the regular registers. Love this. Supercenters r huge so if u don't like lotsa walkin' go to H-E-B or Kroger.

Went to get some supplies during the storm ONLY because the website says the store is OPENED. Evey other company has no issues advertising that they are closed, why can't wal mart. 2 days in a row wal mart waisted my time and gas, because of their INCOMPETENT EMPLOYEES that run the website. Thanks a lot morons, are you going to compensate my gas and time because of your stupidity and false advertising on the internet??? I seriously doubt it. AS OF NOW, I AM A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER, what are you going to do to change this??? Probably nothing because it doesn't affect your company, that is supposed to be a professional company. Sure as hell don't seem professional to me, it's pathetic you people have one job to do and can't even do it, this job could be done from your home, and still to incompetent to do so. Thanks a lot for nothing....

Normally this store is not so bad BUT today after witnessing the electronic clerk yelling at an elderly man that he could not help him because he didn't know what carrier he had really was a disgrace!! This poor elderly man was speaking in a soft tone asking the electronics clerk questions and the clerk got annoyed and just started yelling at the man saying "I don't know, how would I know." It was so sad. When I tried to help the elderly man the clerk just started raising his voice at me saying he couldn't help him unless he knew what carrier he had. This was NO way to treat customers much less an elderly man!!! Teach your employees manners or don't hire them!! He was so rude and disrespectful!! I will NEVER go back to this store!!
