I've been taking my car here ever since I purchased it. The previous owner also had the tires serviced here, so I felt as though the records would be easier to follow and went with it.
I am always greeted with a smile and a handshake. Many of the people working here know my vehicle on sight, which makes for a very personable experience. Nico has a fantastic memory! 

Today I had my tires balanced, rotated and had a tire pressure check, all of which are free for me. 
I was consistently updated on the status of the maintenance and if there were any delays (for instance, my tire had a nail stuck in it and that tacked on another fifteen minutes).

I get periodical emails which serve as a polite reminder for any maintenance required and for a busy person like myself, this reminder helps a ton.

A+ goes to all of the staff here!

Shayne hooked me up with some great tires! He beat fire stone's price and a few other local shops. They wanted my business and they were willing to give me a great deal to get it. Very professional and quick

Very courteous.  I am on a walker so the service man came to my car in the parking lot and assessed my needs. Went in, got quotes and came back to the car. Did the job and called me  in a timely manner to come back to get my car.
