I had my truck towed here and talked to a guy over the phone, he asked what type of tire would I like on my truck I told him just a reasonable matching tire and I will pick it up after work. When I arrived my one tire was 266$!!! And not even a month later it had a slow leak. This place is a rip off.

These guys are awesome. So helpful connected me with exactly what I needed to get the van equipped for winter.  I highly recommend the experts at Discount Tire. Friendly, knowledgeable, courteous and extremely professional. I will not go anywhere else for service.

Extremely busy the front end two sales associates working overwhelmed by the amount of people waiting in line to speak to them. 2:30 appointment car got pulled into the shop about 3:15 Chief complaint was having to add air to the tires continuously. A technician came in the front door called out my name handed me my paperwork said one tire had a nail the other the screw in it. He advised he was through with my car and fixed all the valve stems and rebalanced the two tires that he had to repair. I asked what my damage was & he said "no charge that's a service we provide." Couldn't believe it. I am now a repeat customer there for sure.

Tires are priced better than others and the free lifetime rotation is nice however, the free rotation will only happen if you have a few hours to kill.  Appointments for tire rotation are never ontime and because of this the free lifetime rotation is a useless benefit. Go somewhere else that values customer service.
