I got a screw in a new trailer tire this past weekend that I purchased at this store earlier in the summer. I brought it in to have it fixed late in the day expecting to have to pick it up the next day. They said they would take care of it within the hour and didn't charge for the repair. The gentleman assisting me was friendly and very responsive. I appreciated the great service and will be back.

Quick, excellent service. They should teach customer service! Very pleased. Online appointment, when arrived was greeted right away by a very knowledgeable associate and was in and out in under an hour!

The Employees are always friendly at this store.. I've never had to wait very long while standing in line.. This store also has been one of VERY few places I've been to that can get the work done on your vehicle FAST. as a matter of fact, they even stay extended hours to ensure that!

Normally my experience at discount tire is phenomenal. Typically they take very good care of their customers, are very courteous, polite and will go out of their way to make sure you are taken care of. My experience at the Inver Grove Heights store was that or so I thought. It wasn't until I went to get my oil changed and had a safety inspection done that I learned they had lied to me and tried to sell me a full set of tires that I did not need. Since I was given information by somebody else that contradicted what I was told by this particular discount tire store I went and got a third measurement done and again was told I did not need tires for quite a long time. I would recommend any other discounts tire store than this one. It makes me very sad to know that discount tire has somebody like the person that did this to me working for them.
