Came to install a washer today.  Within 5 minutes of them leaving our whole entry way was flooded with water pouring out of the hookups.  We called the delivery guy who said they would return to fix the problem.   After waiting an hour throwing down towels and vacuuming up the mess.  Called the store back they said they were clocked out for the evening and when the guy from the store called them they denied they even got a call.  Had to turn off the water to the house.  The guy from the store said they will fix it tomorrow.  This is not the first time we have had issues.  A few weeks ago while putting in the dryer one of the guys broke the knob on the washer.

They did a great job repairing 3 different appliances for me, so when the fridge died for real I went there and the experience was great.  We had an off-size fridge opening, and they were the only place we looked at with a good solution.  So when the microwave died, we went there first and we were pleased again!  Great people, good prices, fantastic service.

Knowledgeable service, good selection and fast delivery on in stock items. Definitely beats the vacant states at a big box store.
