This store has superb customer service. I live in PA now, but bought my last set of tires from this store, thus I called to reorder the same ones. Jeff Baron went out of his way to connect me to a store closer to home so that I could get my tire sooner and more efficiently. He facilitated the whole transaction and I was extremely impressed with his commitment to my customer satisfaction and his professionalism. Amazing!

So helpful and friendly while getting my tire pressure checked for free. The line forms in the back lot of the store- wraps around the parking spaces. Look for the signs. Also appreciate the ease of purchasing new tires and getting them installed. Very convenient and easy.

Ian Nguyen: if you needed your tires checked and they didn't jump to your request, maybe they were busy. The world doesn't live to serve you at the drop of a hat. Giving a bad review because a tech won't drop another customer's house doesn't make them bad, it means they're committed to finishing their current job. The guys here are all so nice and helpful, my guess is that you're the one who deserves one star. I love discount tire. I'm 20 years I've never purchased tires anywhere else.
And "I guess maybe I look different"? Let's not play the race card every time you don't get your way. That's a pretty heavy accusation to make because a guy who was already working on something told you to go inside and speak to the people who schedule the work.

Absolutely top notch customer service, friendly yet professional staff. They get right to the point, don't hide anything, honor their warranties, and efficiently fast service! Earned my future business! They sent me a text message to let me know my service was done and ready for pick up. Now THATS convenient!

I have been a customer for years since i was still living in Texas, Georgia now Nevada. Today my tires look pretty low so i stop by one of the discount tire near my work in Las Vegas, boy i was in for a surprised. The guy name Jeff working at one of the bay in the shop were very rude me. I told him all I need was my tires check. Then I went inside the assistant manager were pretty much the same. I guess maybe I look different. I would not recommend this place .
