Been there a few times and have also donated. The workers are crotchety and rude. Never a "hi" or "thankyou", and some of the items, especially the furniture is extremely overpriced. I'll be going and donating to GoodWiil.

What a nice place to find on a day trip. They also have a furniture store side. Give yourself time to look and you will find something nice.

We don't get in the area often, but love visiting Discoveries when we can. We always find nice treasures here. The prices are good at the resale shop. However, the furniture resale in the same plaza is priced like a boutique -- way too high!

Discoveries is a fun spot to explore - you never know what you are going to find. The resale shop is kept clean and has a wide variety of items - clothes, housewares, holiday decor, jewelry, exercise equipment. I saw a wedding dress once! The furniture annex isn't open as often but if you're looking for a DIY project, it's a great resource. They have some chalk painted pieces for sale too. You can find some vintage and antique items on the shelves, too. The pricing is fair when you consider the quality of the pieces - for example, you wouldn't be able to buy a solid wood table for these prices at any of the big box stores.
