I had a coupon to get into the museum and did not realize it had expired till I gave it to cashier. Upon giving it to her she said she need to speak to manager and manger said no can t use. At least offer a discount as I had a lot of kids and adults with me. I had won the pass at a fundraiser and didn't even realize they expire. Place was not clean, a lot a lot of people and confusion. Visitors are very disrespectful, as well as their children.

My daughter and her cousin had a lot of fun here! Not very well maintained though. Super messy, water feature would have been neat if it actually worked how it was built to. Great place for toddlers to learn motor skills and experience some new things that they couldn't at home.

My kids had a blast. There's so much to do for them. Play house, play store, waterworks, etc. There's an area to sit and build Legos which was where we spent a lot of time lol. Styrofoam blocks were fun building forts and destroying them. Something fun for the whole family on every level. Someone (Rebecca) mentioned it was dirty. I call B.S.. place is clean and kids are well behaved. If the kids are well behaved then you as a parent need to be there to guide them. Sounds like you're just mad you didn't get a discount. This place has one of the cheapest ticket prices in Salt Lake City. If you want free then I suggest the planetarium.

For small children aged 2-5. It's decent. Supposedly kids don't get bored on weekly visits. The town is neat. It has a little water section.

Discovery Gateway is a wonderful children's museum. The exhibits change from time to time and they have many interactive games, and activities. The price is a little expensive, but if you visit frequently the memberships are well worth the price. The museum is better for younger children as well as much of it is targeted towards children under ten I would say.
