DONT DO Business Here I also was his 185,000th customer.  He does not even deserve a star...... but I could not post this without giving him one more star than he deserved.

Very unprofessional.  Emailed the owner to inquire about schedule and pricing, as there was no information for either on his website.  The response I received was decent enough, so imagine my surprise when I stopped by on 5/16/14 to inquire about a quote.  Before I could finish asking him if I could get a quote and set up an appointment, Wayne (the owner, and 1 of 2 people on-site) cut me off, and began talking along the lines of "what kind of person comes in there thinking they're just going to skip in front of everyone else. I'm appointment only, I have X number of clients......" and on and on. Note that there were only a few vehicles sitting around the area, and no other "clients" present.  I was not trying to "skip the line," but get a quote and make an appointment to come back later in the following days/weeks.  When he finally finished his rant he asked if I still wanted a quote, at which point I politely declined and started to leave. He then commented as I was walking away (leads me to believe he can't handle confrontation) "I don't know what kind of person thinks they can ask about pricing over the internet."  I replied with, "Sir, a lot of companies post things like that online these days.  Thank you for your time."  I received no reply as I got back into my vehicle to leave.  Great looking business, appears clean and profitable, however, the owner appeared to lack the social skills necessary to run a successful business.  How he has stayed in the game this long I do not know.  He must do well enough on the vehicles (not according to the other reviews, though) that he can pick and choose who he wants to immediately behave unprofessionally with.  Never going back to this guy, and I recommend that no one else go there either.  Your time and money will be better spent elsewhere.

The owner treats his customers horribly. Work he does is sub par. Dont use this shop

My brief experience with this company is all I need to know about why I should do business with someone else. I arrived at the location to ask a simple question about putting tint onto a window that had been broken because someone broke into my car a couple week before. When I enter the waiting was empty and had no one to answer my question, I heard a voice in the garage so I walked in to see if there was someone to help me. he advised me that there would be a man who could help me coming back in a sec. Before I reached the waiting area the man entered the building and asked that I come into the waiting room. He then began to lecture me in a very vulgar and sexist manor about why he does not let anyone into his garage and normally it is a stupid woman who he has to yell at because she did. He also stated this using a vulgar tongue and not respecting the fact that I was a customer. Being that I do not do business with people who treat their costumers that way I said "There was nothing he could help me with," and proceeded to leave. He then followed me to my car and began to cuss and swear at me about why my car was parked the way it was, and that I was an idiot. This was the manager and possibly the owner of the store. This company has a very big lack of professionalism and standards for an auto company and I would advise anyone who is looking for tinting their windows or storing their cars to look else where.
