Did a horrible job on my truck. I paid 50 bucks. Missed a lot of spots. Didn’t take their time doing it at all. Could not communicate with me. I could have did a better job with 20 dollars worth of cleaning supplies. When I pointed out what they did not do they were rude and unprofessional. Told me for what I wanted done would cost 200 dollars and take 3 hours. There are better car washes out there people please don’t waste your hard earned money.

Worst car wash I've ever been too. Did a horrible job on my truck. Left a huge puddle of soap in the bed, completely missed the wheel wells, and there's soap on my windows and mirrors.

Service is slipping just a bit. You have to stay on them to get a good job and that should not be the case for the price!

Incredibly rude staff.  The car should have been washed...not rinsed.  After the first wash I immediately returned because there were numerous bug marks still on the windshield and bumper.  They insulted me and said it was my fault for only paying for the $10 wash and said if I wanted it clean I should have selected the more expensive choice.  The worker only ran a broom on the windshield and made no attempt to put any muscle into it.  The repeat wash yielded the same results except this time the windshield was covered in water spots like it was a dirty water rinse.  No apology for a lousy job.  My wife and I returned home and had to wash the windshield ourselves.  I've been to hundreds of car washes in my life and this was the worst experience I've ever had.  Although a farther drive from where I live,  I'm going to return to my former car wash in Keller.  Speedy Bee has excellent customer service and your car will always get cleaned.  Don't waste your time and money on Carmel Car wash in Roanoke.
