I feel the owners do not stand behind their services and at times treat their customers disrespectfully. Customer service is bordering on rude. They are too busy now to take pride and do a good job. I have spent a great deal at this establishment and when I complained about my services and asked for a partial refund for a damaged service  (caused by them) they choose to ignore me and would not discuss it. After leaving I tried once again to discuss it over the phone, but I was told "I'm busy right now, call back another time."

so much cleaner than the other nail places at melbourne square! i got nude almond acrylics and super happy with the results. customer service is great. there is always room for improvement but over all very satisfied. fair pricing.
