As a donor to Diveheart I can tell you I have seen first hand how the trained volunteers and staff of this non-profit organization seek to give participants and veterans with disabilities opportunities to fill their lives with hope and activities that help them to live in more fulfilled ways.  They are top notch instructors with big hearts full of passion desiring to bring the experience of scuba to all people regardless of abilities. They work diligently to continually expand their vision throughout the world and you too can get involved in small ways like me donating cash or in bigger ways too by becoming trained to support adaptive divers in the water. Diveheart is an amazing organization that offers amazing possibilities for those with physical and/or intellectual disabilities. As a Recreation Therapist I see the transformation that our participants go through when they emerge from the water after a dive. They are realizing all that they can do! I am extremely proud to be part of this organization and help our participants to realize their potential.

Great organization! It is very unique and the results are amazing! It had an enormous impact on the kids after they went diving and could do all sorts of things you wouldn't think they could do, so empowering. Very well done too, the people are nice and love what they do. I can see this going very far and make some big waves!

Diveheart does amazing work! In a nutshell, they teach those with disabilities (ranging from Cerebral Palsy to PTSD to autism) to scuba dive. All you need to do is watch their YouTube videos and see the reactions of the people they help. Watching the reactions of people with severe disabilities experience the freedom of movement they get underwater will bring you to tears. Jim Elliott and his Team and many dedicated volunteers give so many people this amazing experience. Love their mission! Admire their results. Appreciate their dedication to helping others. Very worthy organization!
