I LOVE these guys! So much better than going to a big company like H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt! This company is local and the customer service was awesome. This is our 2nd year doing our taxes with them and it's awesome every time. Support small business and go here and forget about the big corporations!

Made an appointment at 330. I live 20 min away and I got there 10 minutes early like you should. There doors were locked and no one was there even though I had an appointment and they are supposed to be open. I stayed 15 min after my appointment and no one showed up. Really bad quality of service.

Rich has been great to work with. I've used him for over 8 years now for both my personal and small business. Great advise and always looking out for me.

Horrible. I tried in 2015 to have them file for 2014 and the communication was ridiculous. I never could contact someone, I always left messages which rarely were returned. Now, in 2016, I thought I'd give them another shot and the same thing but worse. No returned emails or returned phone calls. I tried another preparer who looked through our 2014 (which Diversified prepared) and found many simple mistakes that were made by Diversified. Horrible communication and pathetic services.
