Kristy was absolutely amazing! I called and expressed my concerns about taxes, she answered all of my questions thoroughly along with being VERY flexible with my busy schedule. Once we sat down together, again she answered all of our questions and shared what she does and what works for her own business which was wonderful for me to relate to. I have implemented what she taught me and have even reached out with indirect questions about how to track expenses and be prepared for next year, she is quick to respond and so kind about it. I highly recommend Kristy! Give her a call you'll know why the minute she answers the phone! ❤️

Kristy is knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. We were dreading our taxes this year because we had sold our home and had to pay capital gains taxes on our profit. Kristy at pack tax walked us through the process with ease and comfort. She turned what could have been a stressful and overwhelming experience into one where I left feeling confident and relaxed. Pricing is very fair and the process was hassle free. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, be sure to bring all your tax documents and you are good to go! Thank you pack tax! We will definitely be returning next year!

As a business owner, my taxes are pretty complex. Pack Tax didn't even break a sweat! Kristy is extremely competent, thorough, more than affordable and FAST! I'm so thankful we found this place. She is just so great at what she does. The kids play room was honestly so much more appreciated than she probably understands! For parents who don't have help with their kids, this took away so much of the usual stress of appointments. We will definitely continue going here every year!

Had my tax return completed at Pack Tax this year. The owner (Kristy) is VERY knowledgeable. She was amazing to work with and very fast. She knew exactly what needed to be done to get me the best refund possible. She was also SIGNIFICANTLY cheaper than what I paid last year (70% cheaper to be exact). I will DEFINITELY be using Pack Tax from now on!
