Some of the staff were kinda nice and welcoming. Our service technicians were pretty cool once they warmed up to us a bit. But, honestly, all in all, most all of the staff we came across seemed very unhappy to be there doing their jobs and just had a negative, unpleasant attitude about being there. Especially the front desk coordinator. (I don't know if she had just had a hard day or what, but going off just that day, she should NOT work in customer service!) It made it a little uncomfortable walking around or being there in general, because, I myself felt awkward, like it was more important as customers to make the staff happy, than the staff making the customers feel comfortable, cared for, and happy. Definitely not the most welcoming, professional environment. I would expect a place of business like this one, to be professional and go above and beyond to make the customers feel welcome, comfortable and happy. I know they were busy due to the fact that it was Mother's Day, so that may have put them in a frustrated mood, but then again, on a day such as Mother's Day, it should be a time where they are even more welcoming and pleasant to their customers. I don't know. The services given were pretty good, but all in all, I would probably choose to go to a different place next time I need to get away, relax and be pampered.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER ! I ONLY WENT TO THIS PLACE BECAUSE I RECEIVED TWO GIFT CARDS AS A MOTHERS DAY GIFT. WENT IN TO GET A MANICURE AND A PEDICURE. THE LADY OBVIOUSLY DID NOT KNOW WHAT SHE WAS DOING MY NAILS WERE NATURALLY LONG AND VERY NICE SHE MESSED THEM UP SO BAD IT LOOKED LIKE AN 8 YEAR OLD DID IT. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO COME HERE!!! IT WAS HORRIBLE AND THEN THE MANAGER TOLD ME I COULD COME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND THEY WOULDNT CHARGE ME!! I WAS NOT GOING TO AFTER THE HORRIBLE JOB THE HAIR STYLIST DID ON MY NAILS WHICH WHEN SHE FIRST STARTED I DID NOT KNOW SHE WAS THE ONE WHO DID HAIR AND KNEW ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ABOUT NAILS. OVERALL FIRST TIME THERE WILL NEVER EVER GO AGAIN WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER I HONESTLY EXPECTED DIFFERENT. (IT WOULDN'T LET ME POST WITHOUT CHOOSING ONE STAR BECAUSE HONESTLY I WOULDN'T GIVE THIS PLACE NOT EVEN HALF A STAR)!!!!!!
