Where to Begin... I visited this Business on August 21st, 2017, and the reason for my visit was to smell some of the male colognes the have in stock. Take into account I am Male(Mexican). As soon as I walked into the store not 3 minutes in I got accused of stealing a Tester they had in display. And after realizing it was only my sunglasses that i had put in my pocket. They still had the audacity to tell an employee to "Fix Some bags" in the same lane Where the male colognes where at. Yeah, right he was obviously there keeping an eye on me as if I were some kind of thief. IF YOU ARE MALE BEWARE OF THIS STORE!!

I recently placed an order from Ulta. I only ordered one item so I wasn't expecting too much. When I got to the check out options, I was offered a few different choices of samples to choose from. COOL, I thought, and I chose "fragrance" samples to come with my order. Today, I received my order. It contained my original item, and guess what. Two fragrance samples, FOR MEN. But I'm a lady. What am I supposed to do with that.......thank goodness I have a boyfriend that will MAYBE use them. Why even offer this option if you're going to send something that I cannot use. I didn't even know Ulta sold anything for men, until now.

Knowledgeable employees. Store has a nice ambiance. Employees are friendly. Sometimes there are stock issues, things running out or not in the correct place
