I shop here because it is a convenient place to grab a snack; it is a bonus that the staff is friendly and the gas prices are really reasonable.

I had absolutely the worst experience possible with divines on 3d this winter. I brought my car I'm around 1:00 pm on a Wednesday. I was told by the OWNER that it would be the first car worked on the next morning. Fair enough. I knew exactly what was wrong with my car and told him so. Blown head gasket, very expensive but I figured better than having to buy a new car. Well, the next day I hear nothing. Finally around 3 I call. I reach the owner again. " oh, we haven't even started"....ok... the NEXT day I get a call. Good news! Not your head gasket but just a water pump! Yay!!! But, wait, three hundred dollars?!?! Ok. At this point I'm so happy its not my gasket, I'm Stoked. Two hours later...oh...it was your head gasket, but I'm still charging you. Wtf?!?!?!? The next day, I go in to get my car. Ummmm, we can't find your keys. Are you kidding me?!?!?!? The poor guy on shift was mortified, totally embarrassed, but clearly not his fault. I call the next day...the big guy again. " I don't see your car outside!" At this point, I'm thinking this has to be a joke, but no! Gets even worse!!! Because my car was not fixed, it died one particularly snowy night while returning it to my street after plowing. I call divines and I explain to them: you did not fix my car, its now broken down twenty feet from where it needs to be and I would like a discount on my tow. Not free, mind you, but a discount. The woman said " absolutely not! Call the BBB!" Then, she hung up on me. Yeah. The cherry on top, I had my brother check under my hood, the water pump was clearly a piece of used crap from pull and save..$300, people. Never received an apology for anything, including the six days it took to put in a USED water pump! I feel so sorry for the good workers there because I know, at least the man helping me, was flat out mortified. I don't care if your car breaks down in their lot, push it away! Push like the wind!!!
